I had a wonderful time at Beach Lodge in Las Cuevas. The drive to the lodge was indeed challenging with steep hills and winding corners, but the beautiful surroundings made up for it. The lodge itself was brightly colored and right across from the beach, offering breathtaking views. The premium room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, double bed, and a flat-screen cable TV. The bathroom was huge, with hot and cold water, and the towels were provided. I especially loved the porches, one with a mountain view and the other with an ocean view. The lodge's small restaurant had a variety of delicious local and American dishes, and the bar was well-stocked with a wide range of drinks. The proximity to the beach was a major plus, and I enjoyed watching leatherback turtles nesting there. Despite a few improvements needed in terms of water pressure and parking, I found the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Beach Lodge for a pleasant stay in Las Cuevas.

The beach was absolutely amazing! It had fine sand and was not crowded at all. We enjoyed having the beach all to ourselves. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

The location of the hotel was quite remote, and there were no local stores nearby. This meant that we had to bring everything we needed for the trip and didn't have the convenience of easily accessing any additional supplies.
